1. Why do you charge for such a competitive price of your boots?
Our prices on the website are highly competitive as our boots are all directly offered from production line, which gives you the opportunity to avail from the highest quality sheepskin products at a more affordable price.
2. Will I get completely the same boots as they are shown on your website?
We will surely provide you the same boots exactly as they are shown on our website.
3. What size should be ordered if I am not sure about the sizes?
Please first measure your feet and contact us for our recommendation.
4. How long should I expect to get my shoes? And how do I track my order?
You shoes will usually arrive in 5-7days. We can also provide other faster shipping services if you would like to pay the extra fee. We will email you the tracking number and website after sending out the parcel. The tracking details will also be updated by our customer timely.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We just offer credit card payment, including Visa Card and MasterCard. Paypal payment is temporary unavailable.
6. What if I am not available on my delivery date?
After two failed deliveries, your parcel will be returned to your local sorting office for an automatic delivery, or you can make an arrangement by yourself. Also, a delivery card should have been left.
7. Can I exchange or return the shoes if they are not fit?
Yes, we are glad to accept your exchange or returning. Please email us about the unfitness in 48 hours after receiving them. But the shipping fee would be charged by your side.
8. Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
Generally speaking, we will send out all orders within 24 hours after we receive them. So we just accept order canceling in 24 hours after creating it.
