Return Policy

Returns & Exchange are accepted on merchandise within 7 days of receipt for items. Items cannot be exchanged. Original item must be returned and new order placed. Please read the following instructions for details:

1. We cannot accept you to return merchandise for shoes' size.

2. Within 12 hours of ordered the items, we can cancel your order if you wish to cancel.

3. In the case of shipping damages please contact our customer service before item is returned.

4. Within 7 days of receipt for items, if you want to refund as personal reason, pay for all transportation expenses yourself.

5. Item must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Items that are returned defaced or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

6. Within 24 hours of ordered the items, if the package has already been delivered we cannot cancel or change the order; if the package has not been delivered we can cancel or change the order.
